Top 10 Self Conservation Tips

1. Reduce water heater temp from 140 to 120 degrees.

2. Insulate the first 10 feet of water heater pipe .

3. Wash your clothes in COLD water.

4. Set thermostat to 68 (Winter), 78 (Summer).

5.  Replace light bulbs with compact fluorescent bulbs.

6. Take showers instead of baths.

7.  Install low-flow showerheads and faucet aerators.

8.  Caulk around drafty windows / weather strip doors.

9.  Inspect air filters monthly, and replace if necessary.
